Tunisia Birding Tour April 13th to 20th 2024 (8days/7nights)

On this tour, many habitats will be covered ranging from agricultural fields, desert, olive groves, oases, vast saltworks, mudflats and wetlands. The highlight species we can observe  are the Marbled Teal, Ferrigunous Duck, White-headed Duck, Barbary Partridge, Black-shouldered Kite, Bonelli’s Eagle, Long-legged Buzzard, Short-toed Snake Eagle, Eurasian Stone-curlew, Western Swamphen, Cream-coloured Courser, Pallid Swift, Southern Grey Shrike, Brown-necked Raven, Greater Short-toed Lark, Greater Hoopoe-lark, Bar-tailed Lark, Calandra Lark, Lesser Short-toed Lark, Thekla Lark, Thick-billed Lark, Temminck’s Lark, African Blue Tit, Common Bulbul, Moussier’s Redstart, Black-bellied Sandgrouse, Egyptian Nightjar, African Desert Warbler, Spectacled Warbler, Tristram’s Warbler,  Sardinian Warbler, Scrub Warbler, Subalpine Warbler, Eurasian Dotterel, White-crowned Black Wheatear, Black Wheatear,  Maghreb Wheatear, Red-rumped Wheatear, Black-eared Wheatear, Desert Wheatear, House Bunting, Trumpeter Finch and the Desert Sparrow.

Reptiles : Egyptain leopard (Acanthodactylus dumerili), Desert monitor (Varanus griseus), North African Spiny-tailed Lizard (Uromastyx acanthinura), Desert agama (trapelus mutabilis) and Sahara Agama (Trapelus tournevillei).

The tour dates and  duration are flexible.
